These pins were used to fasten a cloak. From

Gold items are rare at Kura Araxes sites. Most ornaments were made of copper or silver. Spiral rings were used to braid hair. Pins may also have been used to hold up long hair but were more often used to fasten cloaks. Known as fibulae, these pins often terminate with a double spiral or a simple knob.
These bronze and silver rings (right) and gold rings (left) were braided into long hair. They may also have functioned as money.
This necklace with hanging pendants comes from a burial mound known as a kurgan. These “kurgan” burials date to the end of the Kura Araxes period, probably corresponds to the end of the Early Bronze period..
